With over 15 years of senior management experience, I am a passionate and results-driven leader dedicated to delivering risk excellence and customer satisfaction across international markets. I served as COO (Head of Customer Fulfilment/Operations) in Austria, focusing on operational efficiency and elevating the customer experience, As Global Head of Risk and Compliance for the Merchant Services Business Line, I supported the global risk and compliance strategy, governance, and transformation. In my role as Regional Head of Merchant Risk, I lead the first line of defense for APAC and North America, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. I collaborate closely with the second and third lines of defense as well as external stakeholders to provide effective risk oversight and reporting. Combining strong analytical, people management, customer service and experience and risk management skills, I excel at identifying, assessing, and mitigating complex challenges and risks while cultivating high-performing teams. I am driven by the mission to develop innovative, sustainable and user friendly, innovative and intuitive payment solutions that enhance the customer journey and fuel business growth.
