With over a decade of experience as a high-performing Supply Chain Management professional, I have been able to develop strategic and long-lasting business partnerships while at the same time drastically expanding and refining my professional skills and abilities. I am proud to have served almost 8 years in my current role as Senior Supply Chain Planner with Medtronic, an industry-leading global healthcare solutions company operating in over 150+ countries worldwide. Over the years, I have implemented a tactical, operational, and process-oriented approach to the way I view certain challenges and obstacles. This perspective allowed me to excel in the areas of People, Data and Program Management, Engineering, Analysis, Development, and Visualization. What you will notice, is that my resume doesn’t truly describe the wonderful qualities and unique traits of my character. My colleagues would best describe me as conceptual thinking, innovation-driven, and very self-starting. I take pride in my ability to show everyone the same high level of respect in the workplace and that has been a huge contributing factor towards my success in leading and developing our outstanding team of industry professionals. As I continue to build on my exciting and ever-changing career experiences, I never lose sight of the importance of having a strong educational background and foundation. In 2015, I received my associate degree in Business Administration and Management from North Shore Community College. I later pursued a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and finally, a B.B.A from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City. To this day, I am passionate about striving for educational excellence through the pursuit of my APICS CPIM certification which I have just recently received. As a leader, you begin to recognize that there are many strategies at your disposal but very few that lead to effective implementation. This needs to be driven by someone who is focused on year over year growth, someone who fully understands competitive positioning with clearly defined goals that will lead the company to all new heights.
