As a Senior HR Executive at eTeam, a global workforce solutions provider, I create a positive and productive work environment for employees by driving engagement programs, developing initiatives, and resolving grievances. I also support the performance management team, handle timesheets, HR policies, emails, and queries, and conduct exit interviews and offboarding formalities. With a BMS degree in Finance from the University of Mumbai, I have a strong background in financial and business analysis. I apply my skills to assist employees with HR-related forms, procedures, appraisals, and policy concerns. I also participate in the onboarding procedure and the implementation of new policies in the HR department. I enjoy interacting with a myriad of employees and taking induction for new joiners.
