An IT Professional with 8+ years of experience in the industry, specializing in Unix and Virtualization projects and overall administration of IT infrastructure using automation tools and coordination skills required in huge organizations. My core skills include providing Level 4 support to Unix Hardware/Virtual servers, Applications, Infrastructure teams and end users along with Incident and Problem Management system as mentioned in ITIL framework. I am equally proficient and well experienced in planning, executing and coordinating IT projects involving below mentioned technologies. I have technical expertise on multiple flavors of Linux and Solaris operating system, Dell and HP Servers, Cisco Unified Computing Systems, VMWare Virtualization products, Symantec/Veritas Clustering Solutions, Automation tools like Ansible and Puppet, Cloud technologies like AWS. I always had keen sense of interest in learning new concepts and technologies and then incorporate them into my work so that it can improve my efficiency and in-turn reduce Infrastructure management costs for the company.
