Utilities/Engineering services; • Plumbing & civil works. Common Area Maintenance i.e. Lobby, Front Terrace, elevators and basement parking. Controlled the chain of supplies, Logistics & Operations by immaculate planning for all company assets, facilities and equipment. • Developing and implementing key procurement strategies / purchase schedules from the vendors and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Telecommunications; • Security Management; • Physical security, CC TV & Access Control, Gates pass procedure – In & out Inventory Record. • First Aid and emergency medical services, Fire Protection System - Upkeep and maintenance of fire protection equipment.
