About Hardefa Rogonondo

As a Mechatronics Engineering Bachelor graduate of 2020, I bring a unique blend of technical and leadership skills to the field of data science. Throughout my college years, I received scholarships from The Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia called Outstanding Student Scholarship. Additionally, I was an active member of various organizations, including serving as The General Manager of Aerial Robotics Research Student Activity Unit Dirgantara in 2018-2019, Volunteer Team Leader of Inovator Nusantara in 2018, and International Volunteer Team Leader of Creativity Station, a South Korea-Malaysia-Indonesia collaborative community service project in 2017. With 3 years of experience as a data scientist, I have a proven track record of rebuilding organization's structure and culture to optimize productivity and achieve goals. I have a strong ability to wrap needs and dreams into product and strategy, arrange plans, resources, and team members' skills efficiently, excel at discipline execution of big ideas with given constraints, and skilled at using performance and organizational measurement tools. My key principle for teamwork is thoughts openness and idea battling. My specialized research and experience include system architecture, adaptive control system, signal processing, internet of things, aeronautics, software simulation, computer vision/image processing, machine learning, deep learning, and data science. I am proficient in key skills and tech stacks such as Python, R, SQL, Tensorflow, Keras, and scikit-learn. I am a strategic, organized, rationalist, and objective person with a passion for solving problems using cutting-edge technology. I am skilled in creating, scaling, and optimizing the cost reduction of production manufacturing while focusing on key results and building a super team. I am quick to adapt to new insights and solve new challenges, and I am always eager to learn something new every single day. I have actively engaged and been awarded in several prestigious competitions, scientific conferences, and organizations. I was awarded as the 2nd Best of Indonesia Most Outstanding Student 2019 by The Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of Indonesia.
