Growing up, I was always fascinated by how businesses operate. My curiosity often led me to wonder why certain strategies were implemented and how they could be improved. I found myself constantly analysing and ideating ways to boost sales and improve efficiency. Some ideas were hits, others missed the mark, but each failure became a valuable lesson, fuelling my inquisitive nature and sharpening my ability to spot opportunities for innovation. Embarking on my career in business analytics seemed like a departure from my Bachelor's in Pharmacy. However, I quickly realized it was a golden opportunity to combine my love for numbers and technology with my innate curiosity about how businesses work. I’ve been privileged to tap into diverse perspectives to create solutions that drive productivity and growth. I thrive in environments where I can apply human-centered design and design thinking principles to create innovative business models. I’m passionate about understanding evolving consumer sentiments and analysing disruptive business trends to craft ventures that positively impact people, organizations, and society. At work, I’m known as the go-to person—the colleague everyone relies on to get things done. Though the effort is substantial, I take immense pride in being dependable and organized, always aiming to make my team's life easier. My dedication to trust and reliability isn't just a work ethic; it's a part of who I am. Outside of my professional life, I am a fitness enthusiast and marathon runner. I’m deeply involved in a non-profit organization that spreads smiles and positivity, which aligns perfectly with my values of giving back and staying positive. Every day, I bring a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and a relentless drive for excellence to my work.
