I have an experience of 12 years working in Analytical Instrumentation. I was awarded as “Multivendor Support Champion” in 2018 for Agilent, India. I have extensive experience collaborating with customers and mentoring my colleagues. I have supported in implementing numerous SOPs related to calibrations. I am highly self-motivated and committed to excellence. Currently, I am the site owner at Cadila Healthcare Limited, responsible for Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of Multiple Vendor instruments which includes HPLC and GC-HS of Agilent, Shimadzu, Perkin Elmer and Dionex. I assign calls to the team and I am accountable for the services rendered. PM scheduling and inventory management are a part of the monthly routine. I am the Single Point of Contact for immediate support for Critical and Escalated calls. I conduct Weekly and Monthly review meeting on pending calls. Conducting Training sessions to the users on basic troubleshooting and trending incidents. • Trained on Shimadzu HPLC from Shimadzu Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd, Mumbai, India. • Training on Agilent GC-HS from Agilent Technologies India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, India. • Trained on Dionex LC from Agilent Technologies Sales & Services GmbH, Waldbronn, Germany. • Trained on Agilent HPLC from Agilent Technologies India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, India. • Trained on Perkin Elmer GC-HS from Agilent Technologies International, Manesar, India.
