Obtained LL.B. degree (2003-2006) from B.R.M. Government Law College (Earlier known as Old Earle Law College) under Gauhati University, Guwahati, Assam in the month of July, 2007. Enrolled as Advocate on 27th November, 2007 in the Gauhati High Court.(Having Principal Seat at Guwahati and its benches in the States of Nagaland, Mizoram & Arunachal Pradesh). Practiced initially from December, 2007 to June, 2008 for a period of 07 months in the Gauhati High Court (Principal Seat) at Guwahati. Thereafter, appeared and qualified the First Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)- 2008 on July, 2008 conducted by National Law Schools in India jointly and pursued LL.M. in Business Laws from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow,(regular full-time residential course) from 2008-2010. Obtained LL.M. Degree from National Law University, Lucknow in the year 2010. During the period 2008-2010, did internships for a period of over 6 (Six) Months at AZB & Partners, Bangalore, Fox Mandal & Little, Chennai, Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co, Kolkata, TATA Motors, Legal Department, Regional Office, New Delhi, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industries (FICCI), WTO, FTA & Foreign Trade Division New Delhi, NH Law Offices, New Delhi and Singhania & Co. LLP, New Delhi. Rejoined the Bar at Gauhati High Court, Guwahati in the month of September, 2010 after completing Master Degree. Currently, practicing at Gauhati High Court (Principal Seat) and Lower Courts (Court of Judicial Magistrate and Court of Session & District Judge), Tribunals etc, dealing in Service Matters, Taxation Matters, Arbitration Cases, Civil Suits, Negotiable Instrument Cases, Public Interest Litigations etc, with experience of 5 years and 2 months at Bar as on March 2015. Appointed as Central Government Counsel w.e.f, 10.04.2015 at Gauhati High Court. Appointed as Nodal Counsel for UPSC, New Delhi in Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Bench at Guwahati on 29.09.2015.
