Duties & Responsibilities Operations Management: To establish operational procedures & roll out the same for site team To establish contacts with local authorities, Base Builder, Owners of Leased premises - for facility related issues To review the maintenance/service practices of M&O as per the SOP Plan and develop along with Corporate office team a Life Cycle Asset Management, reliability programs, Asset care and maintenance programs and PM programs Responsible for development of all maintenance related schedules & shut down in consultations with Team,OEM & Customer Periodically inspection of log books, history card, checklist, escalation charts, SOP & PM schedules etc for a better management of engineering systems, Initiate audit of documents To ensure an uptime of 100%, 0 safety violation,< 1 % unsatisfied complaints. Set up the practices to deliver seamless service to Customer to ensure all statutory documents are updated like Fire, Lift, Explosive, Pollution Control, Etc related to M&E operations and kept in place.
