Key Expertise: Web Application Remediation: Providing comprehensive support and auditing of external web applications to ensure they meet established accessibility guidelines. Testing & Compliance: Expertise in testing web applications for adherence to accessibility standards, including Section 508, ADA, and WCAG. Training & Education: Leading workshops and webinars to educate end-users, offering in-depth coaching on accessibility and assistive technology. Troubleshooting & Support: Providing hands-on support via helplines to resolve accessibility-related issues and ensure seamless user experiences. Empowering Users: Sharing knowledge on mobility, accessibility, usability, and employability, equipping end-users with the tools they need for success. Since 2017, I have partnered with various nonprofit organizations, leveraging my extensive experience in assistive technology to empower individuals with low vision and disabilities. Through my work, I've taught nearly young students, most of whom have successfully secured employment in nonprofit organizations, government, and corporate sectors, advancing their careers and achieving greater independence.
