About Hari Ganapathi

A Software Engineer with over 17 years of experience in the Technology and Financial Services Industry. Working in various technical capacities, with expertise in Java, Micro-services and Middleware technologies.Currently I am a Senior Engineer for ANZ Bank in Australia, designing & developing the migration of existing microservices onto Google Cloud Platform(GCP). The work involves porting the existing microservices compatible with GCP tech stack deployed onto GKE. One of the major achievement was to be involved in the porting of existing monolithic application to a microservices model using Java, Spring Boot and Apache Camel thereby improving the maintainability, scalability, porting and release cadence of the platform. Another milestone worth mentioning is the implementation of the New Payments Platform(NPP) with the required NFRs and timelines. Also have experience working as an SRE developing tools and processes to ensure the stability and resilience of platform in production.
