Currently - Cyber Security Analyst at AvailityFormer Senior Security Analyst (L2)- MSP SOC at Netsurion Technologies. Previously, worked as Senior Implementation Engineer at Netsurion, handling clients from Self-Served Enterprise clientele. My core job responsibilities included Installations, upgradations & occasional migrations (applying critical security patches as well) of much lauded EventTracker SIEM on various client environments. In this role, i interacted closely with end-customers in understanding their requirements (customer-specific or otherwise) and in translating them into technical solutions, actively involved in training clients (Security Analysts / Network Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers ) in using SIEM as to effectively deliver vital & actionable data, by collecting & analyzing logs from various log sources.(syslogs & windows event logs)- handled sensor / agent deployments on various end-points across the network. Effectively performed Security Alerts / Reports tuning, fine-tuning server, accountable for handovers & effectively responding to queries involving 'Security & EventLog Management' by working closely with Security Intelligence & Engineering team. Lead Technical Solutions Consultant at DXC Technologies (former Hewlett-Packard Enterprise).
