Description American International Group providing Insurance service to people for past 101 years. I am currently working for APAC domain as Application/Production support to AIG clients. Client AIG Technology/Tool Linux, SQL, Java Team Size 3 Roles and Responsibilities • The primary responsibilities are Service Now tickets Handling, Daily Health checks, monitoring daily jobs, Data Extraction, Coordinating change, Pre AVP & Post AVP for maintenance. • Having working knowledge on Putty, SQL Management Studio, DBeaver, Winscp tools. • Working on incident, service requests & change requests on a daily basis. • Troubleshoot, escalate, report & resolve app/infra related tickets and identify RCA. • Follow the release and change management process for application Bug fix, Build & Enhancement. • Collaborate with QA team and Application Development team in ensuring proper Release Plans, Test Plans, and Acceptance Criteria are set. • Track each Release from the time it is created until completion. • Scheduling maintenance for Server patching for application servers and other impacted servers on weekly basis. • Initiate & actively participate in GCC bridges to handle Critical and High priority issues. • Coordinating with L3 team for Evergreen Scan & Remediation which is App Scan, Code Scan, WhiteHat Scan, Pen Test, MASA scan and their Vulnerabilities to fix within SLA and prevent the apps getting from blocked. • Working with Security team for each application’s Software Security Assessment to get approve. • Initiated and received Cross KT for other POC supported applications and providing backup support during their leave & onshore holiday. • Preparing Weekly Deck & Monthly Deck for governance call with Client. • Sending SLA report on daily basis for each tickets to team to prevent the SLA breach. • Configured Applens for the project and coordinating with team to upload their efforts on daily basis and will verify & approve on weekend. • Collaborate with team for automation and provide the idea to automate the manual reports for time saving. And transition the KEDB issues ACC team. For that will create SOP and provide KT, Shadow to complete transition. • I have been completing all the mandatory training in both Cognizant & AIG as a priority. I will co-ordinate with team and guide them to complete all the mandatory training before deadline.
