As a Toyota Production System in Operations at Indo Tech Transformers Ltd, I apply my expertise in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and Digitalization to enhance the quality and efficiency of transformer manufacturing. I have successfully implemented cycle time reduction and cost saving projects, Five S, EHS audits, tools management system, and digitalization initiatives, resulting in improved customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability. I have over five years of experience in quality and projects across various industries, including steel, heavy fabrication, pressure vessels, rotary equipment, sheet metal fabrication, and truck mounted applications. I have obtained multiple certifications in Design, NDT, and QMS domains. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University. I'm passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and pursuing excellence in everything I do.
