About HARIKRISHNAN A S

I am currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in International Business at MDI Gurgaon and a Master's in Management at ESCP Europe. My journey began as an engineering graduate with a strong foundation in technology and problem-solving which led me to start my professional career as a software developer. I began my career at IQVIA where I worked on tech-driven solutions that improved operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Later at Triassic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. I contributed to the development of customized software applications collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver user-centric products. While my technical experience has taught me the value of precision and structured thinking my decision to pursue management stems from a growing interest in strategy global markets and cross-cultural collaboration. I want to expand my perspective beyond coding to understand the bigger picture — how businesses grow adapt and make decisions in a fast-evolving global landscape. Currently I am focused on: Sharpening my communication and interpersonal skills to become a more effective collaborator and leader. Building a strong professional network and learning from diverse peers and mentors. Exploring career opportunities that sit at the intersection of technology business and strategy — such as product management consulting or digital transformation roles. Curious adaptable and driven to grow I’m always looking for opportunities to challenge myself and make meaningful contributions. I am open to engaging with professionals learning from diverse experiences and exploring opportunities that align with my interests and values.
