Roles & Activities • SRE Architect - RCA for issues/bottlenecks on Product and lower environment and provide recommendation for both short and long term view. Co-ordinate with Development, Operations & Vendor tech support team as part of resolution. Resiliency & Reliability assessment for customer ecosystem. • Cloud Architect - Experience handling Cloud activities - application migration, performance assessment, Architect review and solution implementation & FinOps for customers. • Technology Architect as part of Product Engineering Group. Work on PoC, R&D on technology stack for the Product. Work extensively on Product engineering and support migration to latest technology & architectural trends • Requirements & Solution Engineering Team - capture non-functional requirements along with technology stack & critical technical road map from customers and implement the same to product • Service Integration – laisse with vendors of customers as part of Infra and software stack set-up and application deployment and integration. • Consultancy – aid customer in studying their current state, identifying critical issues and providing solutions along with a roadmap to same. Help customer define their NFR metrics based on their business needs and provide capacity suggestion based on business volumetric • Onshore Implementation Team - End to End phase involving Product deployment, customization and Go-Live at Customer Market along with Post Go Live support predominantly on Technology areas. • Performance & Solution Architect - work extensively on performance evaluation of Product and also on customer specific evaluation on target stack which involves tuning the application to meet target NFR's
