In my role, I am leading Health EMEA & UK team as part of India center & take care deliveries of clients located in Europe, the Middle East and Africa region alongside focus on People motivation, Engagement, Inspiration and client services. Worked on Various tools and technologies which helps me to have complete insight and provide innovative hand to team to bring new things for them and manages clients effectively. Have been managing a team of 90+ colleagues in India to implement and maintain the delivery of around 250+ clients in EMEA region. Hard core experience in Flexible Benefits, US Health & Benefits clients having presence globally (APAC, LATAM, EMEA) mainly creating technical design, UAT, implementing, and supporting web portal and payroll/provider reports.
