Prior to CFS I worked as Test Manager managing multiple test teams in ME Bank predominantly in home loans and financial crime. My stint at WEX has given an overview of retail Industry and payments in depth. With an extensive experience in EFTPOS, ATM, Tandem/Base24, Postilion, Authentic, Card and switching.With little over 5 years of experience working for ANZ Bank(Australia and New Zeland region) has provided an insight into the business practices, productions and customer expectations in this region specifically in cards, payments and switching. Delivering without compromising quality, managing resources, Performing under acutely narrow timelines, tasking as offshore coordinator. Apart from this have been involved actively in requirement gathering, conducting workshops, requirement traceability, liaising and coordinating with third parties etc.
