About Harish Kumaar

Ever feel like your tech is working against you instead of for you? Slow systems, confusing permissions, and never-ending security warnings. They don’t just cause frustration, they create real risk. I’ve seen small teams lose time (and sleep) over IT issues that could’ve been avoided with the right support. That’s exactly why I do what I do. I’m an IT Security Technician with a passion for making technology work for people and not the other way around. With hands-on experience in system administration, cybersecurity, and identity & access management (IAM), I help businesses run smoother and safer. Whether it’s tightening network security, simplifying user access, or solving those "why is this broken again?" issues. I love being the calm in the chaos. In the past months, I’ve: • Helped reduce security vulnerabilities by 35% through better patching, endpoint protection, and access controls. • Streamlined support operations, improving issue resolution time by 40%. • Managed hybrid environments and tools like Active Directory, firewalls, VPNs, and MDM, balancing performance and protection. But beyond the numbers, my goal is simple: to make tech feel less overwhelming and more empowering. My interest in IT started young, I still remember fixing my family’s home network at 14 after a router meltdown (and honestly, enjoying it). Since then, I’ve channeled that curiosity into a career built on trust, continuous learning, and helping people feel secure in their systems and decisions. I believe the best IT pros aren’t just problem solvers, they’re partners. We listen, adapt, and help people get back to doing what they do best. If you're a business owner, IT leader, or just someone who’s tired of patching the same problems, I’d love to connect. Whether it’s swapping ideas, collaborating on solutions, or just sharing war stories from the tech trenches, I’m always open. Let’s talk, feel free to reach out or shoot me a message.
