Perform SC operational activities including setting up new suppliers, creating purchase orders and obtain supplier confirmation of POs to support customer order execution at NetSuite. Manage company wide procurement spend reporting and analysis, communicate with management and deliver presentations as required. Support category managers by providing cost analysis on price books, administration of RFP and perform work with great accuracy. Determine SC priorities & risks by accessing project details in Salesforce, liaise with suppliers, Sales Operation and Project Mgmts. teams regarding SC updates and details of equipment and components. Work closely with A/P to support invoice approval and payment reconciliation. Upload and maintain SC related contract documents, PO tracker, run inventory forecasts and reporting. Stay up to date on shifting project timelines & changes, help communicate changes with suppliers and provide creative solutions to meet project deadlines. Input data into system of record to ensure correct bill of materials for component sourcing and keep project inventory & procurement details up to date. Support Procure to Pay process improvement initiatives & procurement system integration. Carry out other duties as assigned.
