About Harishkumar Muthukumaran

Learning never ends. It is always fun and interesting. I always love to learn and be part of new technologies and work together to innovate new things. As part of my Project development, I work with the team to develop, to innovate and design new concept and technologies within the boundaries of legal requirement, manufacturing feasibility, customer requirement, commercial target and timeline to meet the customer expectation and quality. My internship was in TVS in mold maintenance. With interest, I moved to designing and joined Hella in 2008. Since then, my journey is more interesting day by day with different roles and development of different concept of lamp for different customers like Peterbilt, Kenworth, BMW, Audi, VW, Nissan, GM, Stellantis etc - 2008 to 2011 in Headlight Designing as Designer @ Hella India - 2012 to 2013 in Headlight Designing as Concept Designer @ Hella Germany - 2014 to 2016 in Headlight Designing as Lead Concept Designer @ Hella India - 2016 to 2020 in Headlight Designing as Lead Design Engineer @ Hella USA - Since 2021 in Front Lighting Designing as Lead Design Engineer / System Engineer @ Hella Mexico I am responsible for my product that I develop, and I am leading my team to achieve all the targets.
