About Harit Desai

dynamic and results-oriented professional with a broad expertise in retail operations company growth and healthcare management. In my more than 2.9 years of experience running radiography centers I oversaw operational enhancements maximized patient care offerings and made sure that healthcare regulations were followed. To improve clinical and financial outcomes I am skilled in resource management team leadership and strategic planning. I have effectively participated in business development initiatives outside of the healthcare industry spotting growth prospects establishing alliances and putting plans into action that improve market visibility and profitability. A hands-on flexible approach to leadership and problem-solving was shaped by my early work as a 7-Eleven Shop Manager which reinforced my foundation in customer service inventory control staff training and fast-paced retail operations. Always eager to learn and grow I thrive in dynamic environments and am passionate about delivering value through efficient management and innovation.
