I have 7+ years of experience in student development programs and project management and over 10 years of training in research and assessment. My career has always been about creating change that positively supports organizational success while specifically focusing on how evaluating the quality and impact of programs designed to support leadership goals. I understand the need for transformative change in the public and private sectors, and I have made it a mission to listen and support work that allows people to be their most authentic selves. Through a participatory and holistic approach to organizational excellence, I strive to nurture policies that help folks feel connected. Meaningful leadership recognizes that cultural change takes time and involves moving beyond vanity metrics and valuing substantive feedback from participants and stakeholders. I practice inclusive leadership and continuous improvement principles in all that I do. Inclusive leadership empowers and affirms the people that make up an organization. I think that employers can lead conversations around organizational excellence that is grounded in fostering strong leadership and team building. I can work with organizations at any stage in their cultural competency and growth journey to continue to elevate their careers, develop accountability structures, and support leadership and managers across associations to further empower their leadership and organizational excellence initiatives.
