Worked in retail management introducing cost analysis and quality assurance to drive profitability. Roles included manager at Pizza Hut UK and Deputy Manager at Aldi UK. Studied Industrial and Business Systems with a major in International Marketing, Studies included brand management, quality assurance and change management in Germany (Emden) and Netherland (Groningen). International Merchandiser for Sears, responsible for branches in Portugal and Netherlands. Currently working within Law and enforcement, skills include investigation techniques, risk assessing, human resource management and project leadership. This has been brought about through extensive experience of collaborating within cross departmental and organisational operations. My achievements have been recognised with several commendations. Working as relationship manager to bring about change within a large organisation with multiple sites; driving performance and reducing corporate risk.
