About Harley Crawshaw

I have a Bachelor of Health Science in Health Science from the University of Missouri. I also hold my Certified Reciprocal Alcohol and Drug Counselor certification (CRADC). I am a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist. I am currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree with a clinical specialization. I am currently a Behavioral Health Coach for SSM Health. This current role provides health coaching to individuals who are struggling with symptoms of anxiety and depression to assist them in reaching daily goals and achieving a good quality of life. Utilizing Motivational Interviewing, we meet individuals where they’re at in their current health journey. In my previous roles, my focus was on delivering competent care, including individual and group counseling for women battling Substance Use Disorders. This capitalized on my CRADC certification and honed my competencies in mental health and addiction recovery. Our team's dedication to compassionate care has been a cornerstone of my professional journey. I would describe myself as a motivated, young professional who is passionate about continuing in the social services/healthcare field. Personally, outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time with my 5 animals & younger brother, and playing roller derby for my local league!
