I bring a fun & dynamic energy to the public relations, professional development, & community organizing and education spaces. I have elevated my department and position as the Bilingual (Spanish) Education & Outreach Specialist by forging strategic partnerships with other organizations and leading communications and multi-media marketing campaigns as community builder. I am a strong communicator and team collaborator that drives repeat clients, donor engagement, and volunteer activation with in-person, hybrid, and virtual outreach. I create social media content, manage material marketing strategies, draft internal & external newsletters and communications, and plan & facilitate events like trainings, meetings, and prospective partners.I innovate new ways to train both corporate and non-profit organizations in alignment with their mission and needs. I break quarterly & annual impact records, like when I TRIPLED virtual outreach impacts for professional development in my first five months, by creating & innovating ground-breaking, evidence-informed workshops and trainings for adult professionals, teens, & families.I graduated Summa Cum Laude (2023) from the University of Georgia (UGA) where I received my bachelor’s of arts degree in Communication Studies with minors in Latin American and Caribbean Studies and Sociology. For the past two years, I have taken on various research projects, both independent and faculty-sponsored, allowing me to present my rhetorical studies inquiry at the Southern States Communication Association's Undergraduate Honors Conference in Greenville, SC.In my role as Resident Associate at the University of Georgia for two years, I communicated with my residents while managing conflicts and crises, addressing health and safety risks, advocating for student growth, well-being, and academic success, and fostering an environment of positive communication, trust, and inclusivity.
