About Harm Sengers

Since 2022 Q4 Harm is Program Manager (IDM/PDM) for various cross-sectoral improvement initiatives on behalf of the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement sector (SS & P). Per 2020 Harm has been leading various improvement projects on Solve & prevent structural material quality issues: I. Cross-sector cross-company collaboration, II. Warranty settlement, and N-Tier change management. In 2017 Harm accepted the challenge to drive the Service industrialization of the first EUV volume system, the 3400B Scanner, on behalf of DE with Sector CS being the key customer. Harm has joined ASML in 2011 to fulfill the role of Business Project Lead in Logistical information improvement projects in the field of Configuration Management. Harm joined Accenture in 2007 to gain 4 years of experience as a Supply Chain Management Consultant within two specific fields: Product Lifecycle (Configuration) Management (PLM); and Requisition to Pay (R2P)/ Procurement to Pay (P2P) Processes. He acted in versatile roles in many different industries at different companies. Harm holds a Master’s of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology, with a specialization in Information System usage within Supply Chain. As such, Harm gained 9 months of graduate working experience at Philips MAG45, a technical wholesaler (University grade: 8.5 (scale: 1-10)). Furthermore he gained 4 months of international experience in the USA at Chemprene, a New York state based conveyor belt manufacturer (University grade: 9.0 (scale: 1-10)). Harm is also certified in: MSP Managing Successful Programs (Foundation), CMII (Basic), APICS Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), and Prince II Fundamentals Project Management. In his work Harm does not bother to go the extra mile. Likewise he goes the extra mile in his passion of long distance running, in which he has been competing for over 10 years at Dutch national level.
