I’m interested in tech (especially drones & camera’s), music (I’m an allround DJ) and sports (I play soccer). With drone video- and photography and music I’m able to express my creativity. And every Saturday my soccer team and I have the challenge to win the match! Creativity and being a team player is also important for my role within Aon. In my role I’m responsible for Growth enablement along all Solution Lines. I support client-facing colleagues to deliver Aon United and contribute to driving profitable growth. Within the Netherlands I’m responsible for- the CRM system including the analysis and reporting - the roll out and implementation of Local Market Planning & Risk/View (Aon analytics solutions)- the support of leaders on the execution of business planning. I support 1) sales leaders and the executive board by providing financials and insight for business reviews & growth calls, sales meetings, pipeline and sales performance management, 2) support colleagues with Delivering Aon United & with projects related to client profitability and pricing, 3) and provide strategic content that will be used for tenders and commercial/ sales strategies & business development. I started my career within Aon working within the Affinity business as a marketer specialized in data & analytics and after that within the Aon Bid Management team as a Business Intelligence Consultant.
