I am an attorney at law at Loyens & Loeff, a leading integrated law and tax firm in Europe. I have been the firm's Managing Partner, serving on the Executive Board alongside Roderik Beckers, since 2022. As of January 2025, our board has been strengthened with Lieselot Oosterkamp as Executive Director. In this role my mission is to support the growth of our firm as a top-tier service provider in Law & Tax and as a responsible employer. It is my conviction that promoting personal development of every colleague within our firm and encouraging their individual leadership is vital to our shared success and the quality of the services we offer. Whereas my current focus lies with my work as an Executive Board member, as a lawyer I am a member of the Corporate / M&A practice group of our firm. I focus on corporate M&A, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate representation. My primary expertise is in representing private equity firms and other financial investors during leveraged buy-outs, investments and exits. I've been recognised in my field of expertise by Chambers & Partners (Global & Europe) and Legal 500.
