As an Area Sales Manager at PT. Jotun Indonesia, I successfully lead and build my sales team, resulting in a sales increase of roughly 51 percent in four years (2018–2022)- I make it a point to always be there for my sales team, whether they have an issue or not- I enjoy winning, but I enjoy it even more when I can assist my team to achieve what they aim at at work, as well as in their personal life- I learn to know each of them, make adjustments and treat them how they want to be treated- I tell interesting narratives to motivate them. I strive to improve myself through educating, training and motivating myself- I’m continually learning because I’m never satisfied- Exercising and thinking positively are the greatest way for me to stay motivated- I concentrate on making high-quality decisions.
