Harmony's expertise extends to the multi-family industry, where she has excelled in property management and leasing responsibilities for a decade. Her previous tenure with a prominent apartment community marketing company in Northeast Florida further solidified her proficiency in the field. Since joining Lofty in 2017, Harmony has introduced a new era of innovation and engagement to the company. Leveraging social media and online platforms, she has revolutionized the way prospective tenants interact with Lofty, enhancing their experience and optimizing engagement with the existing resident base. Additionally, she plays a pivotal role in organizing company and property events while overseeing the marketing and social media presence across the entire Lofty portfolio of communities. Harmony's responsibilities also encompass purchasing, vendor and contractor negotiations, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents. In addition to her marketing acumen, Harmony possesses extensive knowledge in civil engineering and land procurement, bolstered by her strong connections within the local municipality network. She actively participates in the First Coast Apartment Association & ULI, channeling her efforts toward expanding Lofty's workforce housing initiative. Committed to her community, Harmony engages in worship and congregational activities at Bold City Church. As a member of JAX Chamber's Professional Women's Council, she actively contributes to fostering professional excellence and collaboration. Beyond her professional pursuits, Harmony finds joy in her role as a devoted mother to her two boys, Dylan and Zeppelin.
