About Harmony Larke

For 25 years I ran a business developing and delivering art programs for children in the CU Boulder area. As a passionate self-starter who cares deeply about the well being of individuals and the planet, I have been able to infuse those values into each of my roles, including my current role at TS Conductor. As the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO I balance a wide variety of responsibilities on a daily basis. My days include conducting high-level research to prepare executive reports, leading and coordinating meetings, ensuring a culture of safety and wellness, managing the office budget, tracking the success of improvement initiatives, and much more. This highly dynamic and diverse role is fulfilling especially because of the public benefit mission of TS Conductor. At TS Conductor, we manufacture AECC (aluminum encapsulated carbon core) conductors to be used in the power grid that can carry up to three times the electricity of conventional conductors. This work is highly important as society reckons with the challenges of the climate crisis. Integrating renewables into the energy grid has become a major backlog for that work, and the TS Conductor solution provides an award winning, safe, easy to use, strong, way to rewire the global grids and modernize the way we deliver electricity.
