Stonecliff Solutions is a woman-owned talent advisory specializing in packaging engineering recruiting. Founded by a former packaging test lab operations leader with firsthand experience hiring packaging engineers. After 15 years leading operations at a package and product testing laboratory, where I was responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring packaging engineers, I founded Stonecliff to build the firm I always wished existed: a hiring partner that understood our business, industry, and what kind of talent we needed! We partner directly with founders, engineering leaders, and R&D teams to solve costly hiring challenges in highly specialized packaging roles, including:• Packaging Engineers• Packaging Validation Engineers• Packaging Test Engineers• Medical Device Packaging EngineersMany organizations struggle to find engineers with experience in areas like ISTA transit testing, sterile barrier packaging, and packaging validation. Internal recruiting teams often lack the niche network required to locate these candidates. That’s where Stonecliff comes in.Our approach is disciplined, direct, and outcomes-focused. We don’t flood inboxes with resumes. We leverage deep industry knowledge, a targeted network, and a rigorous search process to deliver candidates who are technically qualified and aligned with the organization’s goals.Stonecliff exists for leaders who want precision in hiring - clear communication, thoughtful candidate evaluation, and accountability throughout the process.Outside of work:Daughter of The King.
