Passionate. Radical Thinker. Analytical. Motivated. I am currently a Global Business Management postgraduate student at Humber College. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce in India, I decided for moving to Canada with the hope of seeking opportunities where I could apply practical learning to accompany the theoretical knowledge which I had acquired from my undergraduate experience. I'm excited to utilize my unique experience in the field of financial services. As a financial planner, I focus on the following areas: 1. Communication- understanding stakeholder's and client's needs through clear communication — the simpler the message, the better. Client portfolio- setting realistic expectations by reviewing asset allocation and educating clients on past, present, and future risk and return characteristics on their portfolio. Analysis- identifying blind spots to define areas of opportunity that can truly add value and can help avoid the obstacles that could pose a potential hazard to reaching goals. As the financial services industry is becoming complex year after year with new products flooding the market, changes in tax laws, banking policies and economists coming up with new theories time and again, I would be a suitable candidate as i am flexible and adaptable to the changing trends. As I am continuing my journey at Humber College, I hope to gain more professional experience within the realms of financial planning, in order to pursue my goal of becoming a Financial Analyst.
