Summit Industrial April 2022 - Present Project Engineer. Assisting the Site Manager and Project Manager/Director with expediting, planning, scheduling, cost controls, equipment and the technical requirements of the project with the goal of bringing the project in on time and under budget. Directly responsible for work package development and weekly field audits of all work packages. Responsible for developing turnover books, subcontractor coordination and meetings. Directly responsible for document control, RFI's, submittals, and correspondences between client, venders, and subcontractors. Maintain and update project schedule along with three week look ahead. PLC Construction November 2021 – April 2022. Hand chosen to join a team of 7 in conjunction with Black Water EPC to travel overseas to Syria to assist is building a mobile refinery for the Department Of Defense. Tasked with assisting the local engineers in building, as well as tracking job progress, daily photos and updating progress to senior engineer/Project manager for daily reports to DOD. Assisting with projecting bidding, material take offs for ordering, updating job books, resetting of quality control standards in the field as well as turn over books. Assisting in starting of new fabrication shop, writing emergency action plan, putting standard operating procedures in place, training new personnel. PCE Constructors, Pasadena, TX – Material Manager June 2021 – November 2021 Track all material upon arrival at Air Liquide. Created a operating procedure for tracking materials from laydown yard to facility and the particular unit it was going to. Worked closely with superintendent/project manager to build packages and have pallets of materials ready ahead of time. Worked directly with venders for missing materials, creating a calendar of deliveries of oversized items, as well as scheduling cranes for offloading and setting of equipment. Perco Industrial, Ingleside, TX – Expeditor manager, Inspector, QC January 2021 – May 2021 Had multiple job tasks while at Perco working for Kewit Offshore Services. Track all spool pieces from fabrication, to shipping to facility for the expediters. Tracked NDE, Heat numbers and gave reports to engineers and project managers pushing the project. Moved to “Build It Clean” inspector. Tasked with inspection of all final piping and needing my signature before being released and shipped out. PCM Inc, Houma, LA-Auditor, Lead QC, On Site PM. August 2020 – January 2021 Brought in to Audit company as a third party. While onside was primary QC and onsite PM.
