MANAGEMENT Manage the research, development, and adoption of safety programs. Schedule and coordinate employee safety training. Research and develop PowerPoint presentations for employee safety training and other pertinent training programs. Oversee employee training certifications and manage their recertification schedules and coordinate certification training with outside training agencies when needed. In military, served in the following positions, squad leader, shop supervisor, acting section sergeant, acting platoon sergeant, aircraft flight operations crew member, and mission lead crew member. TRAINING Trained in understanding and applying OSHA regulations, both general and industry specific, and OSHA compliance inspection requirements and procedures. Received training in EPA, RCRA, and DOT regulations involving hazardous material storage, transportation, and disposal requirements. Also trained in the following areas. Instructor development, PowerPoint, leadership development, verbal judo, crisis intervention, and interview and interrogation. Additional specialized skills training available upon request.
