Harold Feumba, a highly qualified NonCommissioned Officer currently Cadet at the Officer Candidate School Academy is a Leader with world class military experience. I serve part time as an US Army Heavy Equipment Operating Engineer, a Family of Medium Tactical Vehicle Master Driver and a Vehicle Recovery Specialist with the California Army National Guard.(HHC 143rd Military Police Battalion). In the meantime, I work as a full time employee with the California Military Department as a Field Operations officer, previously a Homeland Security Case Analyst supporting Federal Law Enforcement Agencies in a Joint Tasks Force. CEO and Owner of Harold Feumba Foundation LLC (Real Estate developer/management) and First Lube & Roadside Response LLC ( Southern California Mobile Oil Change & Roadside Assistance). Bachelor's of Applied Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Homeland Security and Department of Defense Project Management MBA Candidate.(Commercial and tactical Vehicle Traffic Regulations Enforcement/Heavy Vehicles Counter Terrorism Study) Also carry a Commercial driver license with Passengers and Tanker endorsement.
