Being able to meet the needs of the customer is more important than ever. If you aren’t able to keep up with production demands, you end up with unhappy customers and lost revenue. That’s where I come into play. As a Production Supervisor, I excel at enforcing established policies, procedures, and recognized practices. I am skilled at exercising authority and judgment in the best interest of the company to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, recall, promote, discharge, assign, reward, and discipline individuals while following company policies. I am experienced at resolving production and quality problems that occur during the course of the shift and checking product quality. By maintaining compliance and continuous improvement initiatives, I ensure the needs of the organization are met and customer orders are fulfilled.
