In all my roles I have not only learned and navigated various systems, but then became a subject matter expert and/or leader in those organizations on various levels. Understanding their integrations or implementation impacts while identifying ways to improve the experience. I possess a very strong work ethic combined with critical thinking skills to ensure the companies I work for are represented at the highest level. I thoroughly enjoy learning new operations and seek to improve business practices where applicable. I am extremely outgoing, technically proficient, and possess a various background in different industries which have made me a well rounded employee with the desire and drive to succeed. I excel at all customer facing roles on all platforms and have always performed to the highest level to ensure a positive experience for anyone I interact with. My leadership style is a mix of hands-on with direction approach, which has proven to reduce turn over by being a strong and results oriented leader, providing the teamwork and guidance for staff to succeed. Additionally I have worked in vendor management, contract negotiations, and various projects from small to enterprise wide. I am extremely motivated to produce results. I approach my work in a way that fosters a productive, collaborative, and positive environment and have consistently been recognized for my service. For a brief time I owned my own business which incorporated project management, funding, marketing and logistics. I have experience as a project manager and coordinating teams across organizations. Experience with incident management and immediate resource allocation to address urgent business needs. My ability to adapt to change easily, provide feedback, and remain open minded has allowed me to be an effective team member and/or leader for teams. I am a highly motivated self starter and eager to bring my experience and drive to help contribute or elevate the team of any organization.
