Greetings, Let me introduce myself to some and update myself to others, I'm Harold Mason. Let me also state secondly that my experiences exceed my education in both aspects of employment AND the business of construction project/document management and legal support of project/document management. With that stated a briefing of my recent background consists of the following: Preparing Bid Packets and coordinating with the project Estimator on cost estimation Creating estimating spreadsheet for residential and commercial estimations; Creating estimating spreadsheet for income and expenses to compile for tax purpose; Reviewing standard formulas for reading estimators commercial takeoff and bid calculations Meeting with Project owners, City procurement officers and other vendors on Pre-bid/Bid info This includes using the search engines of: Construct Connect - Dodge DATA Work portfolios and references are available inclusive by DropBox My additional experience is in the social, legal services and now church administrative duties as office support, management of files, records, report filing and retrieval. I am experienced in reviewing and again conferring information with clients and/or congregants on policies, procedures, contracts, expenditures events and activities.
