About Harold Polus

I believe authenticity, forward thinking, and helping others connect the dots in one's thinking, sometimes in ways one cannot often access by one's self, are keys to an overall more fulfilling life. These are foundational principles in my approach in working with my clients. I find coaching others in moving though personal or professional barriers, invigorating and fulfilling, for them and for myself. Whether supporting individuals through the healing process of grief, mentoring young adults entering the workforce, consulting with project leaders, or facilitating the advance of an individual's life journey by bring out the clarity they seek, it is my privileged to help facilitate my clients processes. Aiding in the problem solving aspect of bringing clients closer to discovering or moving their own goals, or helping them navigate whatever situation they choose to advance through, or become unstuck from, is how I choose to use my skills to give back, and why I have chosen this work. Several clients have shared with me that my analytical background (having been an engineer for 30+ years), coupled with my strong interest in psychology, my formal and informal training, my heart for people, and other life experiences that I draw from, have shaped me in such a way to be most helpful to them in 'connecting the dots' such that they could overcome many of the barriers we have worked on together. There are no miracles; no overnight changes, but I can help you turn on lightbulbs in your brain to grow into your authentic self. That's really where you want to be; everyone else is already taken.
