CMOTS is a real-time monitoring system for concrete which consists of transmitter (temperature logger with a probe), receiver (wireless gateway), and a web cloud platform. Temperature probe is embedded in fresh concrete at desired location and concrete temperature data is transmitted (wireless) to receiver, plugged within 300m of the data loggers. The receiver relays data to our cloud platform using cellular communication network (2G). Our platform converts this temperature data into maturity and subsequently to real-time concrete strength using Nurse-Saul function in accordance with ASTM C1074. The temperature, maturity and strength data is presented on our portal in graphical as well as tabular form.
