As a seasoned professional in Product Management and Circuit Design, I bring a wealth of expertise in developing innovative products and managing their lifecycle from concept to market. My skills in customer engagement and volume forecasting ensure that products not only meet market demands but also exceed customer expectations. In the realm of Circuit Design, I have a comprehensive understanding of the full RFIC design flow, including transistor-level simulations, full-mask layout design, parasitic extractions, post-layout simulations, IC package design and modeling, verification, and testing. My proficiency with design software such as Mentor IC Studio, Cadence Virtuoso, and Ansoft 3-D IC package modeling, among others, allows me to deliver high-quality designs efficiently. I have successfully designed a variety of circuits, including direct conversion mixers, TXIQ filters, frequency dividers, and PA-drivers with gain control. My experience spans multiple processes, including LTCC, 0.13um CMOS SiGe, and 0.4um full complementary BiCMOS, and applications such as multimode transceivers for cellular phones and mixers for 3G cellular base stations.
