I currently work as a Hairdressing Educator/Assessor 3 days a week, alongside working commercially as a hairstylist for the remainder. My Education role is to build & progress Apprenticeship learners in the art of Hairdressing. I teach both practical and theory input, and specialise in Avant Garde styling. In my commercial career, I work on a varied clientele to create tailored and bespoke colours, cuts & styles. My skill set ranges from styling, colouring and cutting to a range of additional treatments, such as fashion perming, Smoothing treatments & Extension services. I am used to working under pressure, meeting time scales & tailoring the training programme to suit each individual apprentice. I pride myself on my flexibility, personalism and friendly warm nature, which is reflected in my loyal clientelle retention & 100% success rate for my learners. My other job role is social media management, and working on ways to connect with apprentices and employers using various social media methods.
