About Harriet Bio

I thrive in work that is challenging, exciting, and impactful. In my current role as an Investment Banker, I have worked on complex, high-stakes deals across various sectors, including education, fintech, financial services, and media. These transactions have spanned markets in Kenya, Nigeria, and Ghana, further enriching my expertise and cross-regional perspective.Aligned with my passion for innovative and impactful work, I have volunteered and consulted for several startup initiatives, helping to build them from the ground up. A notable example is my work with Black Sisters in STEM, a pioneering EdTech non-profit dedicated to creating the largest talent pipeline of Black college women in STEM globally. I served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Founder, contributing to strategic growth and operational excellence.Beyond banking and consulting, I am deeply committed to investing in people. I am currently pioneering an NGO that focuses on mentoring students in public and second-tier senior high schools. My mission is driven by the belief that structured guidance and a vote of confidence can transform lives, often making the difference between a future and a BRIGHT FUTURE.
