I’m comfortable with clinical and operational workflows and can assist with state regulations and The Joint Commission requirements. I’ve supported in-network contracting and out-of-network billing initiatives and understand the current barriers and opportunities within behavioral health authorizations and utilization reviews. I have a personal passion for mental health care access and suicide prevention and understand the careful balance between heart-centered ideas and realistic business expectations. I have a strong skill set in communication which allows me to cultivate client engagement and cross-departmental relationships. I'm also able to juggle multifaceted projects, managing vendors and team members, and other third party stakeholders.
