Background
About Harriet Evans
It is important, now more than ever, to understand the mind of a consumer. Nobody wants to be sold to anymore, instead we must work hard to convince them that they need our product or service. With customers choice so varied and vast, marketers have big job to do, not only to break through the noise in the market, but also to be able to give customers the right message at the right time.I have 7 years of experience in Veterinary marketing, with my current role leading the shopper marketing for Bayer Animal Health, marketing our pet retail products across bricks and mortar and eCommerce partners. My role is all about uncovering new insights & understanding our shoppers motivations and needs to help influence and shape their journey to drive business growth.
