About Harriet Perry-Evans

After spending a large part of my working life working with adults with the aim of improving their well-being, sense of feeling valued and how they relate at work, in 2021 I changed direction. My husband has worked in boarding for many years and we took the decision to run a prep-school boarding house together. Working with children to ensure their well-being is our priority and providing the best pastoral care is what drives us and is possibly the most satisfying thing I’ve ever been a part of. I have found much of my skill-sets to be incredibly transferable particular due to the impact of the past couple of years for children - the need for supporting and providing additional pastoral care is crucial. A bit about me. After graduating in psychology I worked for a number of years as a regional marketing manager. I worked with a team of enthusiastic highly motivate individuals. We aimed high and achieved fantastic results. In this time I completed my graduate diploma in psychology as well as my Masters in Occupational Psychology. Following taking time out to have my son I decided not to return to marketing and instead focus on occupational psychology with one-to-one coaching and team-building. This has been my passion for a number of years and I have enjoyed supporting people through stages of their working life to achieve their full potential as well as deal with challenging situations.
