We offer trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness teaching for mental health both in-person and online. Individual, family and group yoga classes, workshops, retreat facilitation, & holistic health consults. For adults and young people 7 years and older. Our workshops for mental health self-management empower participants with simple, effective techniques to take home and use in everyday life. Some of the workshops currently available include- ‘Beyond self-management of anxiety and stress’- ‘Good Mood: gut-brain health’- ‘Reclaim control: coping strategies for addiction’-'Mindfulness for Today'- ‘Sleep Well’ I have extensive experience working with adolescents in school, community, and private settings. My work centres around offering practical strategies to support their mental and physical health through evidence-based techniques. I am currently offering and providing services for qualitative research, and have a meticulous and methodical approach. I have numerous references across international higher education and private institutions, available on request, who attest to the rigour of my analytical approach. I am a driven and positive individual, with a vivacious and bubbly attitude. I have many career goals, among them to complete and instigate a groundbreaking drive for improving mental health awareness, focusing on the interplay between physical health behaviours and mental health outcomes. The knowledge and skills I have developed through my work experience and studies relating to the intricacies of human communication have prepared me soundly for positions involving empathy and interpersonal communication and support. I have over fifteen years of experience in a support and advisory role within both a mental health and a Higher Education setting, and welcome further input to my personal and professional development.
